When we ship your order you will receive an email, informing you of the delivery time (the usual deadlines are between 24-72h)

Yes, retail stores are not required by law to accept exchanges and/or returns, but, in our online store, you have 15 days after receiving your order to return it. The second delivery of a return will be at the expense of the customer.

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The billing address and shipping address do not need to match.

Payments can be safely made online by:

  • Credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, American Express and Mastercard. Please note that we do not store customer credit card data in the database of our website.

  • Bizum
