Shipments and Returns
Orders
Orders are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. When the order is completed, we will proceed with the shipment.
Exchanges and returns
If you wish to change the size of an item purchased through DOOET Shoes online store, you can do so at no additional cost. Changes may be made within 15 days of receipt of your order, provided they are in their original condition. Changes for items with a price lower than the product purchased will not be accepted.
Please contact info@dooet.eu to inform us, we will keep your size – as far as possible and depending on the availability in stock – and as soon as we receive your return, we will send it to the address of your original order. You will receive a confirmation email when the package has been sent.
Please note that we cannot provide changes for other items.
DOOET Shoes will make refunds and changes if the product is returned in perfect condition within 15 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must include the original box and dust cover, which must be completely unused. Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear and tear on the shoes.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties not included in the price of the shipment. The brand will note take care of these costs by any means.
Changes and/or returns of items no longer available on the web or in stock are not allowed.
DOOET Shoes reserves the right to refuse any return of items that do not meet the previous requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back at your expense and no refund will be issued.
Our products are handmade, small imperfections or variations in shape, size and color should not be considered defective.
In relation to leather, color differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather, it can present these characteristics in varying quantities, which is part of the beauty of it and it will not be accepted as defective.
